Our Design team can help you from concept to detail design and onto drawing production and rapid geometry reconstruction.

We have extensive experience in geometry reconstruction techniques that are compatible with the CFD workflow using the most suitable CAD systems available in the market.

Conceptual design:

Using a concept drawn by the customer transform it in a CFD compatible surface for concept approval and rapid feasibility studies. Using simplified models, we are able to quickly provide an initial draft geometry that can be used to perform a CFD study.

Geometry reconstruction:

Using the latest technology in 3D scanning we can scan and then reconstruct objects and regions up to 300 meters with accuracy that doesn’t exceed the 1mm. The resulting cloud of points (STL file) is then digitized producing an airtight surface that can be used to perform computational studies. Surface reconstruction can also be done using existing blueprints.

Rapid prototyping:

Any design we make can be transformed into a solid component suitable for wind tunnel testing. Our quick design and production turnaround times allows us to provide our customers with quick iteration changes
